New-tab splash

When you open a new tab and pick a destination from the splash, GBTI Network opens that view directly for a while before showing the splash again. Choose how long, or always show the splash.

Show the splash again after Show the quickstart cards (uncheck to make the splash a click-anywhere screen) Show the quote Keep dark cards on the splash background (uncheck for light frosted cards in light mode)
